Arrival
The show will be held in the cattle coliseum at the south end of the fairgrounds. Please enter into the south end of the fairgrounds through Gate F. Exhibitors may begin arriving at 5 p.m. Friday, October 13 (no earlier). Cattle are to be tied in barns 51, 52, 53, and 54. If these barns become full, utilize open space in barns 55, 56, 57 or 58. Straw bedding only please – no mulch. *The Canfield Scaregrounds will be going on at the fairgrounds Friday night, meaning that non-livestock related folks will be around or near the barns at times. If you choose to trailer in Friday night, we highly recommend that someone stay with the cattle. The CMTCA is not responsible for any lost or damaged belongings.
Check-In
Check In will run from 6:30 – 9 a.m. *Online Registration Required – Paper Registrations will not be accepted *If you register as a breed, and there is less than 5 of said breed for a class, you will be filtered into AOB *CMTCA reserves the right to refuse entry or dismiss any exhibitor/spectator that exhibits unsportsmanlike conduct. Refunds will not be given.
